Macarons lagi...he..he.....tak suka makan but I just love to do it and photo shoot....my kids lah yang paling suka all these sweet things....
As usual menggunaka method swis meringue.....method ni je yang serasi with me.
Proses pengeringan. Memerlukan masa dalam 1 jam depends suhu rumah kita lah. If we press and tak de melekat kat jari kita tu means ok dah .....can bake.
Menjadi.....lega...
Feet keluar means good sign...bila diterbalikkan flat surface....thats great....macarons is all about teknik ....bahan tak banyak.....bagi saya kita tak boleh overwhip or underwhip......kalau cair.... sah sah tak akan jadi macarons tu so kena praktis dan praktis sampai perfect...

This green filling is pandan kaya from Lavendor bakery.

Love to see them but dont like to eat....I can just take one or two only...
