Salam tahun baru 2017 ....dah 11 hari berlau baru berkesempatan nak wish....So azam tahun baru ada ke....Tahun 2016 ditinggalkan dengan seribu satu kenangan pahit dan manis ....well hidup harus diteruskan....
On 30/12/16, buat sedikit majlis makan makan di office sempena year end and also my birthday...he..he.. Did this Ros Pistachio cake for the first time...everybody love this cake...

This cake use lots of pistachio ....200gr...ya lah nama pun pistachio cake ....mestilah dia hero. Pistachio ni not cheap..per 100 gr cost me RM13.75....No wonder this cake is so expensive....Bila buat sendiri baru tahu the cost....
Brought my portmerion plates for the occasion. Berat sungguh pinggan pinggan ni....So before we fill them up...this is how they look like....Loving my portmerions..
Then we fill them up with nasi lemak + mee hoon goreng + kaipap + mango + tapai + kuih tradisional sikit.....
Nasi lemak order from mak Zaza my office mate.....nasi lemak ni dibalut dalam daun besar...tak tahu apa nama daun ni....
A piece of pistachio cake....tekstur agak berat sebab ada banyak pistachio dalam tu....
One more ingredients yang ada is air rose/rose water...first time guna ni buat kek. Must bake this pistachio cake again......ari tu dapat makan sepotong je...the feedback from my office mate they like this cake very much....
