These cake were made specially for Aishah Nabiha during her trip to Pasir Gudang for one week training. So far i have been using one recipe only (from joyofbaking) to do this cake and finally after baking for few times this is the best red velvet cake i have done. It is so moist & it has four layer. I couldn't believe that i ate more than 2 pieces despite its reddish colouring.
I should put more cream during layering.
Got to improve on the deco.
