Memang dah lama tak buat macarons ni...setahun lebih rasanya....Tetiba ada requestor nak order macarons....hu..hu..terpaksa baca and belek belek you tube cam ne nak buat macarons ni....
Alhamdullillah .....menjadi juga....lega rasanya.....but I am still not happy sebabnya ada juga a few out come yang tak menjadi...
As usual , I like to put nutella coz its simple and easy....the taste of nutella is so sedap...
I still stick to the method of doing macarons....swiss meringue...ni je yang serasi sebab menjadi...
Don't like to eat but love to do and photo shooting...my kids sukalah....all these sweet things...the most I can eat is 2 pieces...
Actually these all order from my office mate , Siti Rahamah...she order it for her 2 nd daughter...how nice of her...Tq Siti.
