Pavlova.....again..

Buka fridge saw a lot of fruits, before rosak baiklah kita buat pavlova.

I still cannot eat this pavlova as it is too sweet....can have a bite je..

So these lovely pavlova bought by Suhaida and Hasmah... tq dear.

I just love to photoshoot these lovely pavlova only..

Normally with 4 eggs white can get 13 pieces.

The fresh cream is so sedap...no need to add sugar just putar je....

Repeat order from Sereen my  office mate. She bought this cake for her mother. Tq very much dear.

The cream cheese is a bit burnt but the taste is still good.

I like this brownies as it has pahit, manis and masam taste..

Sereen repeat order few times already for this brownies.

Brownies half way bake coz we bake the base for 25 minutes than take it out to put the cream cheese and blueberries ...bake it again for another 15 minutes.

Boleh makan dengan ais krim juga.....put one scoop of ice cream dan sepotong brownies...memang sedap....

Pandan Cup Cakes....

Setelah buat kek pandan, kali ni saya buat cup cakes pulak. Masih menggunakan resepi yang sama cuma berlainan acuan je.

Swis meringue buttercream tu memang sangat sedap...jilat pun tak muak....tapi setiap kali nak buat ada sedikit phobia...he...he...kenapa .....sebab takut tak jadi...

Ni masa first batch buat, warna hijaunya cantik not to strong... 

 2nd batch terletak lebih colouring tu yang too green jadinya.

  

These pandan cup cakes is bake for raya gathering 2015 at office.

Sepatutnya kena drizzle dengan caramel gula Melaka but malas nak buat...he...he...
