Asalnya saya bake one red velvet kek for my office mate Cik Maria.....so tak tahan tengok kek tu terus saya bake for mine.....using 1/2 resepi. If buat one whole resepi nanti takut tak habis pulak.
Saya rasa lebih baik buat 1 whole resepi dari 1/2. Kek saya ni ada sedikit keras...he...he...but the taste is still there.
Selalu kalau buat topping cream cheese ni memang tercair sikit tu yang susah nak dibentuk bila dipipe keluar...anyway love the colors of the topping...
