Ada kesempatan dapatlah buat Red Velvet kek ni sempena birthday Cik Maria, my office mate. Red velvet ni taklah susah sangat nak dibuat. Kebetulan semua bahan ada, apa lagi start membakinglah.
Design asal boleh je. Ingatkan nak buat roses tapi salah guna nozle pulak. Jadilah bulat bulat roses tu.
A piece of red velvet, heaven betul.......very rich as I use pure buttermilk and the Philadelphia cream cheese is 2 pack = 500g. Biasanya guna 1 pack je tu yang cream nampak nipis but this time try 2 pack , memang marvellous outcome. Terlebih lebih gitu. Patutlah sebiji Red Velvet ni harganya tersangatlah mahal.
